Kochiva Private Limited provides online courses and training programs in foreign languages and IT. The specific courses and their content are subject to change at Kochiva Private Limited discretion.

• Enrollment: To enroll in a course, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. Any username, passcodes should be kept confidential. 

• Payment: All payments for courses must be made in accordance with Kochiva Private Limited’s payment terms.  

• Refunds: All sales made by us have considered final, however for refund please check our Refund Policy.

All course materials, content, and intellectual property rights associated with Kochiva Private Limited‘s services are owned by Kochiva Private Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized use of the same will violate the Law and Terms of Usage.
