Performance Expectations:–

– Engagement and Retention: Maintain a student retention rate of 90% or higher by delivering engaging and impactful lessons that cater to individual learning styles.

– Customised Learning Plans: Develop and implement personalised learning plans for at least 95% of students within the first month of enrollment, ensuring alignment with their specific goals and needs.

– Feedback and Assessment: Provide actionable feedback on assignments and assessments within 24 hours, resulting in a 95% satisfaction rate from students in post-session surveys.

– Student Feedback Scores: Achieve an average student satisfaction score of 4.5 out of 5 in course evaluations, reflecting the quality of instruction and support.

Key Responsibilities:–

-Deliver high-quality German language training to individuals or groups through virtual platforms, meeting or exceeding the outlined performance metrics.

– Tailor lesson plans and training materials to address the specific needs and goals of each student, ensuring measurable progress.

-Assist in Content development and Business development.

– Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise learning outcomes and student satisfaction.

– Maintain detailed records of student performance and provide regular reports to the training manager.

-Stay informed of the latest developments in language teaching methodologies and apply them to enhance training effectiveness.

– Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

– Proven Proficiency in German:- Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication in German.
– Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in creating lesson plans and tracking student progress.
– Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to analyse students’ learning challenges and implement effective solutions to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications:–

– Advance Certification in German Language (e.g.C1/C2 or equivalent).
– 3+ years of experience in teaching or training in the German language, preferably in a remote setting.
– Familiarity with virtual teaching tools and platforms.
– Strong organisational and time management skills.
