Originally established as a skilling desk, Kochiva has evolved into an organization that has equipped over 80,000 individuals all over the world.
Kochiva was just a department of Training and Upskilling in an IT Company named KocharTech for almost 15 years. We were Training fresh-off-the-boat rookies into seasoned professionals. We were basically bridging the gap between the skills the candidate possessed and what KocharTech needed.
In KocharTech, we were transforming the lives of thousands, but there were millions out there who needed this kind of upskilling and hence this small department in a company transformed itself into an upskilling portal majorly grooming the personality of the individuals, increasing the potential of presenting themselves and their skills in the most desirable way.
Originating from an IT company, code was our core and that’s what we went ahead with. We started off with AI/ML Training which was delivered by the seasoned professionals of the field with practical experience. With our in-house industry-grade infrastructure, we aim to not only deliver practical training but also get the learners placed at handsome packages across the tech-heads.
With the onset of COVID-19, a major realization gave back a knock that human talent should not be bound by geographical bounds. Hence, we’ve started off with Foreign Language Trainings for no matter how physically disconnected the world gets, it shall always remain connected digitally. Our language courses aim at making people ready to showcase their skills to the whole world.
We are not stopping here. We won’t rest until each person passionate about doing something in their life gets their desired and deserved career!

Meet our business head, Mamta Jain. She is the force behind Kochiva. Her 20+ years of experience in HR, training, upskilling, and recruitment make her and her team stand apart. As a voracious learner herself, she is the kind of mentor who celebrates her team's strengths while addressing their weaknesses. Her vision and knack for spotting potential have brought Kochiva this far.
Meet our operations head, Hansa Jain. She has 10+ years of experience in the skilling industry and is a multifaceted leader with expertise in operations, marketing, and business development. She keeps Kochiva up and running. Her vision and strategic approach are why Kochiva is where it is — a leader and a mentor, always ready to inspire and support our team.
For every Kochiva program enrollment, we contribute 1% towards the education of out-of-school children — in partnership with the Kochar Foundation.
Our company is full of young people who love their jobs. We have a lot of fun together — we go on trips and eat lunch together. Our seniors help us learn new things every Friday in what we call Learning & Development sessions. We even have fun on Saturdays to relax.
It's okay to make mistakes here. We all learn from them. Together, we come up with lots of new ideas — we're always trying to improve and grow.
